Red-skinned mammal

For a couple of weeks now, I have been depressed with how my skin turned overly red and full of cracks. Then here is this random man who came from somewhere enrollment for his kids, who would great me and praise me, would then notice my condition and will tell me a word “yuck!” What the F***!
